Leg Extension & Leg Curl Bench Attachment Adapters

The Leg Extension & Leg Curl Bench Attachment is compatible with the REP® Nighthawk™ - Adjustable Bench, 

BlackWing™ Adjustable Bench, and ZeroGap® - AB-5000 Adjustable Bench with both the standard and wide bench pads.

Resistance Options
REP x Dialed Motion attachment: Only sectorized cable resistance with the built-in cable retractor.
REP variant: Three resistance options (plate loaded, resistance bands, cable). Users can choose to mix and match or use all three at once for the REP variant.

Exercises
REP x Dialed Motion attachment: 3 lower body movements (leg extensions, prone leg curls, as well as seated leg curls) 

REP variant: 2 lower body movements (leg extension and prone leg curl)

Storage

REP x Dialed Motion attachment: Not free standing and requires a rack mount or wall mount storage holder when not in use.
REP variant: Equipped with a wheeled base for maneuverability and free-standing storage.

Compatibility

Adjustable Handles
REP x Dialed Motion attachment: Has adjustable knurled handles that can be set based on the desired exercise (final positions TBD).
REP variant: Has fixed rubber coated handles.

You can perform leg extension and leg curl variations, decline sit-ups, and decline bench.

Yes, only one person is needed for installation. Unboxing and product assembly is estimated to take 1-2 hours. All the tools you need will be included.

The total weight capacity of the attachment is 250lbs. You can combine all three resistance options if they do not exceed 250lbs. The starting weight is 12.7lbs.

The tube adapter stays attached to your bench, not attached to the Leg Extension & Leg Curl Attachment. It can remain installed or be removed from the bench to allow for use of the Adjustable Bench Leg Roller Attachment as well as future attachments that will use the tube port. The adapter that mounts to the rear foot of the bench remains bolted, but still allows for vertical bench storage. This part will limit incline bench capabilities as it will contact the Ares™ 2.0 foot plate depending on user size.

Structural welds on attachments and frames have a lifetime warranty*. Upholstery (pads) have a 30-day warranty. Pop-pins, pulleys, bearings, and cables have a 1-year warranty.
